What We Retain

Retention Purposes

• Maintain platform security and prevent fraud
• Resolve billing disputes
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Security Audit Logs
Security audit log entries (logins, administrative actions, access-control changes, and billing events) are kept for a defined multi-year window to support security investigations, fraud prevention, and financial accountability. Once that window passes, rather than deleting these records outright, we anonymize them — removing anything that identifies you personally while preserving the historical record for legitimate audit purposes. Account Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Deletion requests are subject to legal, security, billing dispute, and operational retention requirements. Some data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law.
Backups
Deleted data may persist temporarily in encrypted backup systems before being permanently removed as part of routine backup rotation.
