Your Business
Your Business is the one page that shows everything about a business: its current standing, what's been learned about it, your open priorities, and a chat to ask questions — all in one place.
Opening Your Business
Go to Business → Your Business in the navigation. It's always scoped to whichever business is currently selected — switch businesses from the nav to see a different one.
What you see
Current standing
The full 2×2 SWOT grid from your most recent completed health check, with confidence bars for each item. Click View full analysis → to see the complete result, including next steps and source documents.
What we know
Structured facts extracted from your health check — grouped by type. Examples:
- "Top 3 customers account for 60% of revenue"
- "Monthly churn rate is 4.2%"
Facts are extracted automatically when an analysis completes. Click Extract more facts to run extraction again and pick up anything new — it's free and never uses any of your subscription credits.
Your priorities
Your top open and in-progress next steps, sorted by priority. Update status directly from the dropdown next to each one. Type into the box at the bottom to add a priority of your own. Click View all → to see the complete list, including completed and dismissed items.
Asking questions
Click Ask a question → to open a chat focused on your most recent health check. The AI has your full SWOT grid and extracted facts in front of it and can answer specific questions, explain findings, or help you think through implications.
Good questions to ask:
- "Which weakness poses the biggest short-term risk?"
- "How does the churn rate finding relate to our pricing strategy?"
- "What should we do first given these findings?"
The chat is persistent — your conversation is saved and resumes automatically next time. It's free — no credits used, no per-message charges.
Looking at a single health check
Your Business always shows your most recent health check. To dig into an older one specifically — its own facts, next steps, and a chat scoped just to that analysis — use Business → Previous health checks in the navigation, or scroll to the Previous health checks section at the bottom of Your Business and click View → next to the one you want.
Previous health checks is greyed out until this business has two or more completed health checks — once it does, it opens a list of everything older than your most recent one. Each one you open is clearly marked as a historical snapshot, since your current standing may have changed since it ran.
